It was a hot summer day when Claire and Adam said I do! Being a Friday we had to be aware of the weekday traffic during our wedding photography planning!
We started our coverage with Adam and his groomsmen! Not quite moved into their new place the groomsmen got into their tuxes where ever they could find a space. There was joking, laughter and the usual trying to figure out how to fold the pocket square! Adam is not somebody who normally smiles in pictures but he was incredibly co-operative that day because he knew it would mean the world to his bride!
When we finished photographing the guys we headed to the salon where the girls were getting ready! It was not our typical venue to photograph a bride but it was convenient for the couple so we made it work! We did some photos of Claire and her bridesmaids in the salon and also some in the strip mall and parking lot! The purple dresses that the girls wore were incredibly cool as depending on the light they were either a rich royal blue or a deep purple! Lots of primping, laughter and fun was had!
A little while later the guys arrived to pick up the girls and we got the couple ready to do their first look! Adam and Claire were so excited to see each other and when they saw each other for the first time you could tell nobody else existed in that moment! Cinderella had found her prince charming!
With the bridal party fully assembled we headed up to Richmond Hill and the Richmond Green Sports Center and Park. It was a beautiful sunny day at the park and we had the time to explore many areas of the park! We had a great time with the bridal party and then we took Claire and Adam for some romantic and intimate photos without an audience! I love this time with couples because often it is the only time that they have to be alone all day!
A couple of hours later we were off to Riviera Parque for the Persian Wedding ceremony! The table was beautiful with so many symbolic details!
As soon as the ceremony began you could see the love that this couple was surrounded by! The traditional elements of the ceremony were performed and then everybody was ready to party!
With only a few family photos to do during this time the couple were able to enjoy their cocktail hour before the real party began!
The evening was a fairytale! The decor in royal colours, the details the couple put into making sure that everybody had a great time and that the visuals would be appealing. A traditional Persian buffet was served instead of a sit down dinner, all the while the party was going on!
We felt it was a privilege to be a part of Claire and Adam’s wedding and wish them the best for years to come!
